Right click the shortcut from which you open them, select properties, on the
Shortcut tab, be sure "Run" box is set to normal Window or maximized,
whichever you prefer. If it's already set as such, change it, click apply
and ok, then change it back, click apply and ok and see if that resolves the
issue.
If not, if this is a relatively recent issue, try using System Restore to
take you back to a time prior to when this began. Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
If that fails to resolve it, you might want to make sure your antivirus
software is up to date and run a virus scan. Also, download, install and
run Ad Aware as you may have some malware on your system that may be the
source of the issue:
