Browser and OE 6 freezes up.

For some reason my Internet Explorer and Outlook Express
freezes up for what seems to be between 10 and 15 seconds
before becoming active again. The cursor turn to a hand
when I click on a link and stays that way.

Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.

This hadn't been aproblem until recently. Now, every time
I use IE 6 it freezes. Sometimes it becomes active again,
somtimes I 'end' it with Task Manager. Very annoying.
