Browsed Pages and Recent Files

When I try to modify a Link Bar by clicking on the Link Bar, Link Bar
Properties opens where I can then click on Modify Link. In both the Browsed
Pages and Recent Files list I have hundreds of files that show up there. How
can I delete them so that I can find the file I'm looking for? Thank you.
 
Thanks Kathleen. I did that and it got rid of some, but not all, of the
Browsed Pages. I don't think that removed any of the Recent Files though.
Can you think of anything else I can try?
