Hi Sam
If you mean Master Browser (?)
Right-click My Computer and press Manage.
Expand Services and Applications.
Click Services and scroll down to Computer Browser.
Right-click Computer Browser and press Properties. Set Startup type to
Automatic and press Apply and OK.
This is the default setting.

Dbl-click 'Computer Browser Service'.
Click 'Stop'.
Set it's Startup Type to 'Disabled'.
