I get this message when going on browser in IE 6.0

If you are seeing this page your brower settings prevent
you from automatically redirecting to a new URL click
here and then it goes to the page.

What do I do

Hi,

This notifies you that the page you are requesting would
like to send you somewhere else. If are requesting this
page, then click on Yes. If you are unsure, or didn't plan
to leave the page you are presently on, click no.

There's no 'right' answer, just pick the appropriate one
to what you are trying to do.

:-)

Best regards,

Altrus

That depends on what you want to do. ;)
The symptom is probably caused by a Security setting called
Allow META Refresh
which would be disabled.

If you want it to remain disabled you will have to learn how to
compensate for not enabling that option. The example you
are giving is actually the simplest case you will see.
In other instances you may face a completely blank screen
and be forced to use View Source to extract the URL that
the Refresh feature would redirect you to.

I have commented on this issue in varying detail before.
Try a Google Groups search for more information.

http://groups.google.com/groups?q=r...+group:microsoft.*.ie6.browser&ie=UTF-8&hl=en >

(Google Groups search for:
redirect refresh "view source" author:aldwinckle group:microsoft.*.ie6.browser
)

BTW please learn to post with a more descriptive subject line.
Generic subject lines tend to be reused by multiple completely
unrelated incidents and thus cause confusion and clutter (especially
for Google Groups users.) However, in this case I doubt too many
will be reusing yours. ;)
