Brother MFC-9600 driver for XP?

Brother does not supply one. XP has an okay version which
automatically loads when you connect the printer directly
to the PC, but if adding as a network printer, you are
forced to choose the driver manually from a list which
does not include anything close. Anyone know how to get
it? Many thanks...
 
Found the fix myself. I upgraded operating system on the
computer to which the printer is connected. Now the
remote PC (also on XP) used the correct driver...
