I recently ran windows update on my computer. The update
returned and said the Brother driver is available. It just
so happened that we installed a new Brother 5040 as a
network printer. Eveything worked great. I installed the
driver and now I am not able to print multiple copies.
My question is, Is there a way to uninstall these drivers?

Thanks for your assistance.

You should be able to roll back to the previous driver - Control Panel,
System, Hardware tab, click Device Manager, find the piece of hardware in
question, right click on it and select Properties, on Driver tab you should
see a button "Roll back driver" which should revert you back to where you
were before.
