why is this newsgroup always broken?

My suggestion is to stop drinking. When you have a clear mind, the group
will appear normal with the exception of Ringmaster, Alias, and Brontosaurus
Burger AKA Vista!

still broken.

I can log into website newsgroups on MS other than Vista.
I cannot with Vista newsgroup.

I can only come in through Vista Mail Microsoft Communities.
Why?

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.

Setting up Outlook Express/Windows Mail to access Microsoft newsgroups

Cause *this* base are not belong to Microsoft yet. Try
a Usenet news server and reader instead of that gui crap.

She used a newsreader (Windows Mail) to make that post (note the line:
"I can only..."). She apparently likes the web interface better.

Each to his own. It's the WORST way ever invented to access Usenet....

Windows Mail isn't a news reader. Trn is a news reader.

<pedant mode on> anything that uses nntp protocol and not http is a news
