No. Go in History section and click on the link again to resume the transfer.

I'm not sure what to make of that. First you say no then say how you can.

Anyway, when I tried the history thing it asked if I wanted to start a new
download. Since I already had 60mb, I didn't want to start over so I said
no. When I did that it declared the previous download complete and that
was the end of it.
