Depends. However if you do not have the electronics skills to make
that determination yourself, you probably do not have the skills to
make the precision soldering likely required.

I advise to admonish yourself to be more careful in the future
and to buy a new disk (preferrably not from WD).

Likely not, it isnt easy to replace them and if
you have to ask, its likely more than you can do.

It's a very easy job if you know how to use soldering iron. If not
just bring it to the local electronics repair shop and they wil
solder the new connector for a small (suppose to be) fee. 250 gb hd
is too expensive to throw it away ;

If it is that important to you. Get yourself a low wattage solder
iron with a very small tip. If the terminal is partly there it
will be easier, but even it it's gone you can solder the wires
directly to the terminals if you have to. Course then you'll have
to do that each time you want to remove or put back in the drive.
Use a heat sink so the terminal does not transmit heat to the
circuit board. As long as you can establish a good connection that
will not short against anything else, and you don't overhead the
board, ur good to go.
