Broderbund PrintMaster Express 15

For about 3 wks. I have tried to download the Printmaster
as stated above and when I click on in from theSTART the
words PretzelImports dll. I cannot get past it after
trying everthing they suggested. I probably have it
downloaded 15 times without knowing what I am doing. I
have ever tried to remove the PrintMaster and I get
deeper into what I am not supposed to be doing. You
cannot contact Broderbund by phone or E-mail. Can you
please help me?

cancel the entire thing I would and never go to that site
again. Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Are you trying to download it or install it?

If it hasn't been too long since you started down this road, try using
System Restore to take you back to a time prior to when this began.
Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.

Then go to the Broderbund web site, www.broderbund.com, click support. You
will have to contact them one way or the other, this is their issue and
there are support links at their web site.
