Broadcast messages shutting down

We have machine on an NT network that keeps getting the
message :save your work & log off Nt server is shutting
down, etc." & if you do not do so the machine actually
shuts down, the funny thing is the server is not shutting
down, how can we prevent this & in fact turn of this
broadcast

Sounds like you've been infected with the Blaster worm.
