broadcast from my desktop PC to the Internet

I'm looking for a way to broadcast live video from my desktop PC to the
Internet. The audience should be up to a few hundreds.
What are the alternatives regarding the application/ services-
1. Is there a full desktop applications that does all the job?
2. What are the available leased servers or services across the Internet?
3. Is there any website to promote my broadcast?

A few hundred? How fast is your internet connection, for that many
simultaneous connections, you'd need a T3 line and probably a Server version
of Windows.
