Is there a way is Outlook and with the contacts to send an email out to a group of people in one email but when it is received they see only their name in the To box?
That is a mail merge to electronic mail, not a message to multiple
recipients. Only the latter can use a DL. Outlook uses Word for performing
mail merge functions such as Form Letters, mailing labels, envelopes, and
