Broadband with new users

HELP!

I have set up a broadband connection to my laptop yet
when I add a new user, the connection doesn't work. I
switch to the original user and the connection works fine
and the modem says it is online and enabled no matter
which user I am with.

I have contacted ISP (blueyonder) and they say it is an
XP security issue.

Does anyone have any ideas??

do the usual and set up the new user as an admin for the
first time and at that ,set up the internet connection
,through the wizzard.
