broadband internet crashes after shutdown

My internet connection works perfectly well, but whenever I 'turn off' the
computer and then starts up the system crashes, and I need to restore system
in order to get my broadband connection back, please help thanks
 
Wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft Access, the database program.
You'll have better luck working with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or possibly
posting to a newsgroup that deals with your operating system.
