broadband help

hello,
ever since i got bt broadand on my computer it
has messed my computer up. my computer doesnt shut down
any more and when i go to log off it comes up logging
user out and then when it says saving settings it stay
like that all day and doesnt log me off. its the same
when i try to shut down just stays at saving settings. my
broadand also disconnects and then my computer pauses.
please help me

Why are you posting here?! What has this to do with Windows XP and/or
Microsoft? If you're having issues with *BT* Broadband, guess who you should
be speaking to...?
