broadband connection with user name and password option NOT available

After re-installing Windows XP Pro to try and fix another
problem my DSL (SBCYahoo) connection does not work.
I try to reinstall the network connection however the "New
Connection Wizzard" option
"Connect using a broadband connection thaty requires a
user name and password" is not available (it is greyed
out).
How can I get this option back?
