I have a form and few buttons on that. What I want now,is
to make a few rectangles with different colors and want to
place the buttons on them.
If I make the rectangles with colored background they
cover the buttons. Is there a property or setting to bring
the buttons over the rectangle so that they can be visible.

In design view of the form, click on the rectangle. Then select
Format|Send to Back from the menu.
