You think that's odd?

What about Triumph then? ;)

During the day I have played:

The Low Spark Of High Heeled Boys - Traffic
John Martyn Live At The BBC
Steve Miller Band Greatest Hits 1974 - 1978
Intimacy - Bloc Party
Cowboys From Hell - Pantera
Tejas - ZZ Top

Groovy :)

Hi guys,
Did you's guys know that heavy metal and hardcore rave was closely linked.
Apparently it stimulates the same part of the brain.....thats why they both the capacity to be euphoric and yes the louder the better.
Useless junk flying around my brain. Yes sirreee.

Aye, strong links between trance and bands like Hawkwind, Ozric Tentacles and Eat Static, sometimes genres become distinctly blurred.

Which is probably why I like both.

Funny about Rainbow, I've been recording old vinyl recently and the last one I listened to was Rainbow Rising. I didn't record it though, imo it sounds like crap now, hopelessly dated :D

I did, however, record Down To Earth, that still sounded pretty good :)

And Mr Rush, in case you missed it, I mentioned Triumph, the band, as they are most definitely Rush clones, they're even Canadian. And they copied Rush, not vice versa

Only difference, in fact, is that Triumph never made any money whereas Rush are filthy rich ;) That'll teach 'em to be unoriginal eh?

Triumph, would have had more success if he didn`t sound like vangelis and "Fish " if you listen closely :)

My whole intent with 3 piece bands with a bass singer is always going to be with Rush , thats why i highlighted Budgie..:) ...and asked the question :p

I've worked with Budgie, both as they were and also when they became Tredegar.

A thoroughly nice bunch of blokes :thumb:
