Briefcase Sync - Deleted needed files

Does anyone know how I can restore files deleted by a
briefcase sync?

I added files to my briefcase which timed out in error. So
not all of the files transfered over to my briefcase. When
I went to synchronize, the briefcase deleted the files on
my main PC. I can not find the files in the recycle bin.

Can anyone help me restore these files?
