Briefcase Problem

AM running Win2K SP4 on one machine and Win XP SP2 on another. I use
Briefcase to synch files between four different directories on the two
machines.

When I try to get 2K to make Synch copies, it copies the directory name but
not the files. And it does this only on my D Drive files. Briefcase used
to work flawlessly on whatever drive. What am I overlooking?

OT, but I haven't used Briefcase for years. I'd check out www.centered.com -
SecondCopy works like a champ.
