Briefcase issues with outlook 2002

I have a user that runs XP Pro SP1 and Outlook 2002 SP3.
Any time this person attempts to save an attachment to the
briefcase, Outlook generates an error report to send to
Microsoft. Outlook never saves the attachment to the
briefcase. Is there a patch to fix this issue?

Save it to the file system and then move it to the briefcase.

Milly,

That's the easiest answer. Yes, I knew that one. I'm just
trying to maintain functionality that was used on previous
Office version's. This user does not have the
functionality they used to on a previous OS/Office package
while using briefcase. Oh Well. I'll try Office 2003 and
see how that works.........
