Brief Access Documentation Report

The Tools > Analyze > Documenter option on Access
produces a huge long report. I need a documentation
report that is somewhat detailed (description of fields
in tables, forms and reports)
but not as detailed as what the Documenter produces.

Someone told me there is an Access add-in that you
can get that will perform such a function. Does anyone
know where I can get one?
