Win2000 doesn't support "Bridging network interfaces" (XP and Win2003 do.)
Why do you wish to "bridge" -- what is your real goal and maybe we can
suggest
a solution (other than upgrading.)

Windows 2000 doesn't support bridging. Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 do.
