Each time I run MicroSoft AntiSpyware, it says it remove
BargainsBuddy, but never seems to as if I run the
AntiSypware again, it finds it again. I have the
Relatime Protection turned on and it never warns me that
anything is being restarted.

How can I get rid of it?
 
Please submit a suspected spyware report from the infected machine
using Tools from the Menu

Restart in Safe Mode, open Microsoft AntiSpyware, on the scan page choose
scan options > full system scan (check boxes below) > click "Run Scan Now".

Bargain buddy is a tracking cookie and the beta does not remove any cookies.
