Is it possible to make a breather in PP 2007? The presentation is not mine
but I have to do it! And I am not very strong in the topic. Is it possible to
see some additional information/text on the PC screen during the
presentation, BUT nobody else must see it? What will you advise me?

Lucy,,,
I've typed in notes below my slides, in the "click to add notes" section.
Now...is there a simple way to have word print out all of thoses notes, which
I can then hand to the students (for their study use?

Hi John

You have a few options:
- Print notes pages from PowerPoint (in the 'print what' drop down in print
dialogue box)
- Office button -> publish -> create handouts in Word (there are 2 options
that include notes
- Look at Bill's add in: http://billdilworth.mvps.org/SlideIntoWord.htm
- Extract just the notes and print those:
Export the notes text of a presentation

Hope that helps :-)
