Break links to Excel

Hi ng.
Using Office XP pro.
Used links Excle-PowerPoint on all of my charts
Would now like to break them.
The Edit >> Links menu is "ghosted" out
Could not find any help in on-line

Any ideas?

If it's grayed out, you may not have any links - you might have embedded OLE
objects instead.

Ungrouping then regrouping the thing will break the link or toss out the OLE
data and leave you with just a picture of the data. Sounds about like what
you need.
