break did not work

Hi,

I have a report with 1 header. I insert a break at the footer but report did
not break. I am using Access 2007 SP2. What is wrong with it

You are trying to force a new break after a group footer?

Instead of using a Page Break Control:
1. Open the report in design view.
2. Select the section (the grey bar that reads "xxx Footer")
3. Set the Force New Page property to Before.
