I need to have some .dmp files analyzed. I have been trying to use one of my
support incidents by calling but everytime I call and go through the endless
menus on the phone I end up getting the message, 'Your call cannot be
connected at this time, please call again. WTF is the problem? I just want
someone to look at these dump files rather than go back and forth via email.
