Boxes instead of letters ?

I have noticed that when I do a Google search that when I get results from
foreign sites that the letters just appear as boxes. I assume that is
because of the characters not being on my computer to display them. I
remember that Microsoft use to have a site where other language txt could be
installed so that it would display correctly. Even if I could not understand
it..

Does anybody know where that site is ?
 
Go to Microsoft.com and search for Language Packs. Download and install any
that you are interested in not being able to read. ; )
