Bought used PC with XP pro - invalid password

Our commpany recently bought a few Dells with XP pro on them. I can't get pass the login screen. Previous user has change the Administrator's password. The XP installation disk was included in the sale. Is there a way for me to get pass this, other than reformatting and putting another OS on it?

New for your company?
I would suggest the only solution is a Clean Installation to make sure
there is no garbage on the used computers.
How much can you afford to risk if something dangerous, known or
unknown by previous owner, is on the computers.
Follow Dells procedure for reinstalling.
