Is there a way to change icon to all folders within one particular folder
instead of having to go one by one it takes alot of time.

I want to just change from manilaa to an icon I have to replace it

You can use their built-in icons or browse to your own.
 
you could try the way i changed mine
1 select the follders you want to change right click choose properties
then in the shortcut or customize tab then just change the icons
2 change your desktop theme
