border around the WHOLE page

I am interested in putting a yellow border around the
outside of every page on this website:
www.scrapnstamp.com Because I am using shared borders I
can't copy all of the information into one selection.

Can anyone give me tips on how to do this? Thanks so
much.

Mike- I was hoping you would be wrong, but it did mess
with my shared borders =-( Thanks for the idea though.

entire site in
tables w/ white table and cell background

You can't do when using shared borders, use the FP Include page component,
and tables to structure your page layout.

Shared Borders are applies to outer edges of your pages.
