Bootvis, why was it removed?

I know that a lot of people have been using bootvis for
purposes other than what it was designed for but it is
still an invaluable tool for analyzing a system boot. In
my upcomming book I will be covering how to use Bootvis
to find slow device drivers and find slow startup
progarms that are causing a big slowdown in system start
up process. I am trying to figure out why Microsoft
decided to remove the tool from their website. Does
anyone know the reason behind this and it if still is
available from Microsoft other than from third party
websites?
