Hi , Finally managed to track down a copy of the now
Discontinued BootVis.exe utility. I got it thinking i
could monitor and then optimize my boot times but when
ever i run it it says it has Timed out and that i have to
do a manual Defragment and maybe try again. It doesnt
help if i defragment or not , it still doesnt work.
If anyone knows anything or has experienced the same
problem and has a fix or an idea it would be GREATLY
appreciated...

Please note that Bootvis.exe is not a tool that will improve boot/resume
performance for end users. Contrary to some published reports, Bootvis.exe
cannot reduce or alter a system's boot or resume performance. The boot
optimization routines invoked by Bootvis.exe are built into Windows XP.
These routines run automatically at pre-determined times as part of the
normal operation of the operating system.
