bootup and shut down usic

Running xp home and just wonder how can I get the pc to play my tune when I
boot up and also when I shut down. Appreciate if some one can advice,. Thank

After i go to Sound, what do I do? Where can Iput my clip of ,usic, thanks

windows>browse then go to your file

I suppose it should read as, "start windows >browse then go to your file" in
the Program Event dialog box as oppose to "start>window>browse"

All the tunes in the browser "box" is in the Media folder and I actually
paste a song, a mp3 file but it will not show up. When I try to paste it
again, it says its already in the folder. Now must it be *.wav file. Can I
convert .mp3 into *.wav file? Many thanks for your help.
