I get no errors at all, everything is running great, but for some reason
about 3 weeks ago, the system upon booting up goes through a system check and
goes right into the cmos menu. No errors or anything, I can get right out of
it and it boots fine. I can not for the life of me figure out how to stop
this, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When it does go into the bios has the time & date reset to default or is it
still at the correct time & date.

Rather then simply exit...

try to *save* and exit.

If that does not fix it try replacing your cmos battery

As i stated, everything is fine. the dates, times, everything is the norm.
The sytem is under a year old. replacing the battery would be the last thing
I would think of...anyone else ?

As I stated, everything is fine, time, date the works, i can easly exit and
save, or exit and not save and it boots fine.

I think you can say that entering the CMOS without any input from you is an
indication of physically broken hardware. Something in the BIOS bootstrap is
throwing an error.
One approach might be to detach 'unnecessary for startup' hardware, if any
exists.
You could 'flash' the BIOS with the latest version.
You might try toggling a few hardware related settings to see what happens.
If they spontaneously change, it might indicate the area of trouble.
Whatever it is, by the time Windows is getting up, it seems to be gone.
Maybe Device Manager has something 'missing' that you know should be there.
