bootproblems and mobo conflicts

I've gotten this down now. I'm almost to a working version
of XP, but now i've got boot errors, MUP.sys is where i'm
stalling on boot and i get an instant blue screen to
reboot, i can't catch the error code, but when i boot to
command to try and figure out what's up it stops at
MUP.sys.
Any help?
