BOOTP cards "not receiving" Domain Name from Win2K DHCP Server

I am testing out a JetDirect card and APC UPS Management card today. They both seem to be coming up BOOTP mode. I configured a DHCP reservation in the Win2K DHCP Server for them, and added Option 12
to assign a host name to them. Option 15 is there by default and matches this network's configuration. However both devices within their admin screens show they have not received a domain name from
the DHCP server. Since the common thread here is the Win2K DHCP server, I suspect that over the two different cards.

Any suggestions?

I would sniff the DHCP packets being sent by the DHCP server, and verify
that the DHCP packets contain the info. If this is the case, then I'd
contact the manufacturer of the card and verify that they fully support
those options.
