Hi All,

Where would you find the log where Bootlog is created for Windows XP
Home Edition Service Pack 2? I added the switch to create the bootlog, but I
have been unable to locate where it is copied to. Any ideas?

The Knowledge Base has information on how to use it, but no information
on where to view Bootlog.txt file.

Best guess without actually knowing, would be directly to your C: drive.

C:\WINDOWS\Ntbtlog.txt

Start | Run | Paste this in the box...

%systemroot%\Ntbtlog.txt

Click OK.

systemroot = C:\WINDOWS, if windows is on the C drive.
