booting win2000server

Upon booting the computer with Win 2k server I get an
error directing me to the Event Viewer where I find the
following error "The ASPI32 service failed to start due to
the following error: The system cannot find the file
specified." everything seems to be functioning fine, but
this message is annoying and may be a sign of a problem I
have not yet experienced. Advuce any one?
