Can anyone tell me why I keep getting booted off Internet
Explorer. I have sent this question into customer support
but to no avail. I keep getting an error message stating
that an error has been encountered and my window will be
closed and work will not be saved. Any help would be
appreciated.

Its hard to diagnose what is wrong with your Internet Explorer... It could
be allot of things.

First off make sure you have the latest version of IE installed (v6). The
IE6 home page is http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

If you already have the latest version then try repairing your installation.

Select the Start/Settings/Control Panel menu option and find the Add/Remove
Programs control panel. There you will find an button to Add/Remove Internet
Explorer. Click the button and it will ask you if you want to repair your IE
installation.

If that doesn't work then you probably have some conflicting software that
is interfering with Internet Explorer. If you have downloaded something from
the Internet recently this may be causing the problem. You can remove any
programs that you think may be the cause from the Add\Remove Programs
Control Panel.

Check for spywares.

IE 6.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
