booting from usb floppy

is it possible to boot from a usb floppy drive, when using
windows2000? Lower versions of windows need windows to be
running to detect a usb floppy. thanks
 
Has nothing to do with the operating system and everything to do with the
system mb and bios. In other words probably not.
