the second drive.

how do i configer the bootloader to recognise the second
drive and give me the choice of which drive to boot from.

at the moment i'm having to go into the bios each time I
want to change my drive.

any help would be greatly appreciated

This was previously posted ...I believe it may answer your question:
Not sure whether it works with a Win system and a non Win system though

There is a surprisingly easy solution by Kent W. England,to this as
follows:

How to Add an OS to the Windows XP Boot Menu
by Kent W. England, MS MVP for Windows XP.

"Boot the XP CD and select the first repair option (Recovery Console) and
run the bootcfg /scan command to see if bootcfg can find both OSes. Then
run bootcfg /add to have the boot.ini file rebuilt to boot both. Read
more about bootcfg in Help and Support Center before you boot from the
CD."
