Boot up problems

Hello,

When I boot up my computer, it like freezes, then goes for a bit, then freezes, and goes again, etc. etc. What used to take less then 1 minute now takes over 5. It was good yesterday, and now it's slow. Can anyone help me?
 
Try downloading Spybot Search and Destroy from www.cnet.com see if that
helps.
