hi,
i recently installed windows xp home edition again by accident (long story,
but it was an accident) because i was formatting my 2nd hard drive that i
just installed through the windows xp cd for some reason but half way through
formatting i had to go somewhere, and when i got back i found windows xp
trying to install again onto my old hard drive but luckily it froze with 33
minutes to go. i successfully formatted my 2nd hard drive through disk
management but when i turn my computer on it asks me which windows xp home
dition i want to run, the top one being the frozen installtion and the
bottom one being my current configuration that im using right now and i want
to continue using as i have alot of valuable things on this configuration.
so can someone help me out as to getting rid of these two choices as i just
want to pres my power button and if i walk away i can come back and be on my
desktop.
PS obviously the formatting of the 2nd hard drive didnt make these choices
disappear which my friend said they would.
