Hi!

My self assembled PC makes some problems: Often it works fine, but sometimes
i have to turn it on and off about 20 times until the BIOS will even do its
first beep. This seems to be a static issue?

Ifg i remove the side walls of the ATX case, this seems to help. What can i
do about the problem?

My first guess would be that your heat sink isn't seated properly. I would
remove the cpu and sink, clean both, reapply thermal compounds, then
reassemble.
