Boot Up hangs

I just installed a new video card (ATI 9600se).I was
having some problems with their driver. I mistakenly
disabled the standard VGA driver that windows uses. Now
when at windows startup screen before logon it either
freezes or reboots. I tried safe mode and enable vga. How
do I enable or load the standard vga driver.

I would have expected it to work in Safe Mode. Anyway try Last Known
Good. If that does not work then you will have to boot to Recovery
Console and enable Vgasave with a system start value.
