Boot up error for Vista Ultimate 64bit

Ok, when I scan for errors, it says the auto-repair cannot fix it, errors
being:

BTY, i get a stop error if I try and boot and if anyone wants to tell me I
have a hardware error, my system is:
Intel Q6600
Asus P5N32-E 680i
2x2gbs patriot memory
500 gb seagate barracuda drive
XFX 8600GTS
Lite-On multi-dvd
 
No external periphrials, i am running the system on its core, i even
umplugged the sound card! I go nothing (literally)
